1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Milked ("we", "us") handles personal information about three groups of people:

• Visitors to milked.io, including anyone who sends us an inquiry.

• Customers: creators and agencies who use Milked Teams or the Milked Engine.

• Fans who chat with a creator or persona whose conversations run on the Milked Engine. For fan data, the creator or agency decides how it is used, and we process it on their behalf.

2. Information we collect

From visitors

• What you enter in our inquiry form: your name, how to reach you, what you are interested in, how many models or accounts you run, and any message.

• Basic technical data from privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies, such as pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type and approximate country.

From customers

• Contact and billing details. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

• Account access you choose to share for Milked Teams, stored encrypted with limited access.

• Your preferences, tone, rules and boundaries, and information about your content and catalogue.

• Where you use AI likeness or voice features, the signed consent records for the people involved.

About fans (when a creator uses the Engine)

• Telegram user ID, username, display name and language.

• Messages and voice notes in the conversation, and transcripts of voice notes.

• Purchase records from checkout, such as the item, amount and time, and an email address if the checkout provider passes one on.

• Whether the fan has opted out of messages.

3. How we use information

• To reply to inquiries and set up the services you ask for.

• To run conversations, send replies and voice notes, offer content and record sales for the creator.

• To show customers reporting, such as sales, conversion and how AI-assisted and human replies perform.

• To bill customers, prevent abuse and fraud, keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations.

• To improve our service. We do not use fans' conversations to train AI models, and we never combine one customer's data with another's.

4. AI and automated replies

The Engine uses AI providers to draft replies, translate messages and create voice notes. Conversation content is sent to those providers only to perform those tasks for the customer. AI personas tell fans they are AI. Real creators start with a person reviewing and sending every AI-drafted reply, and can choose to turn on automated replies.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run Milked, such as hosting, messaging, AI, voice and payment providers, who may only use it to provide their service to us.

• The creator or agency whose conversations the fan data belongs to.

• Authorities or others where the law requires it, or to protect people from harm.

• A successor, if Milked is involved in a merger or sale, under the same protections.

6. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics works without cookies. Our site may use your browser's storage only for things the site needs to work.

7. How long we keep information

• Inquiries: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.

• Customer account access: deleted when the service ends.

• Fan data: for as long as the creator uses the service, or until the fan or the creator asks for it to be deleted. Sales records may be kept longer where accounting or tax law requires, with the fan's Telegram details removed.

• AI likeness or voice data: deleted when consent is withdrawn or the service ends.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To use these rights, email team@milked.io.

Fans can stop messages at any time by sending /stop to the bot, and can ask for their data to be deleted by sending /deletedata or by contacting the creator or us. We pass fan requests to the creator where they control the data.

9. Adults only

Milked is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used a Milked-powered chat, contact us and we will act on it.

10. Security

We use encryption, access controls and monitoring to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect and who can see it.

11. International transfers

Our team and providers work in several countries, so information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

12. Reporting content

If you believe intimate content of you was shared without your consent through a Milked-powered chat, email team@milked.io with the details. We will review it and remove it promptly.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell customers in advance.
