These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Milked’s services. By purchasing a plan or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
What We Do
Milked provides paid chatting services for creators and agencies on platforms like OnlyFans. We offer:
Solo chatter packages
Team plans with 24/7 coverage
White-label solutions for agencies
You retain full control of your account. We do not own, operate, or manage OnlyFans or any third-party platform directly.
2. Account Access & Responsibility
To deliver our service, you may be required to share login credentials. We agree to:
Never change your payout or bank settings
Never post content on your behalf
Only access your inbox and DM functions
Keep all credentials encrypted and confidential
You agree to:
Provide accurate access and preferences
Notify us immediately if your login info changes or is compromised
You are responsible for your account and any platform TOS violations. We will never instruct you to break platform rules.
3. Anti-Poaching & Staff Protection
All Milked staff (chatters, trainers, operators) are internal. By using Milked:
You agree not to hire, solicit, or directly work with any Milked team member outside of our platform for 12 months after your service ends.
Violations will result in immediate termination and a $5,000 liquidated damages fee per occurrence.
This protects our staff and ensures we can maintain a high level of service.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Whop, Stripe, or authorized partners.
You agree to the pricing and billing terms at checkout.
Due to the nature of digital services and account access, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it — just reach out.
5. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
Adjust coverage, plans, or team assignments
Refuse service to accounts that violate platform guidelines or act in bad faith
Pause or terminate service if you breach these terms
You’ll be notified of any major changes in advance.
6. Data & Confidentiality
Any data you provide (e.g., tone preferences, fan info, messages) will be kept private and used solely to improve your results. We don’t sell data, share DMs, or leak tactics. Your success is our reputation.
